Rømmegrøt

The rømmegrøt is a dessert which used to be served as main meal by the past, because it's cheap, easy to make, and prevent you from the cold and the hunger. Now few people like it, but it's nice when cinnamoon, sugar and butter are added. You can do it yourself with all the ingredients but you can also buy preparations (same presentation as the risengrøt packages). It sticks to the stomach and it's fucking heavy, so don't serve yourself a big plate, the hunger goes away quickly, despite the good taste.

Step 1 : put the preparation in casserole, then add 2dl of water and roughly 3 big spoons of rømme (sort of sour "crème fraîche"). Let that cooking 5 minutes, while turning with a spoon, not too hot!

Step 2 : Serve yourself in a plate, add butter, cinnamoon and sugar as you like, and enjoy.
